We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted. All U.S. returns are eligible for FREE return shipping when ReDo is purchased at checkout for $1.98 (first item) plus $1 for each additional item up to $5.98 (Note: We are not able to retroactively add ReDo once an order has been processed). When shipped via a Brandsie pre-paid label without Re-Do, a $7.98 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of Brandsie Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Unlimited returns pertains only to the order in which ReDo is purchased for, not previous or subsequent orders.
START A RETURN

All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

  • Brandsie eGift Cards
  • Giveaways or promotional items with retail value
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition
  • All accessories, scarves, intimates, skincare, bags and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged

Refund Methods + Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or in the form of Brandsie Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

  • Brandsie Store Credit, via eGift Card -If you choose to receive your refund via Brandsie Store Credit, you will receive an email with your Brandsie eGift Card within 3-5 business days after your package is received. If you are returning items that were paid for using an existing Brandsie eGift Card, you will be issued a new Brandsie eGift Card with an updated balance.
    NOTE: Brandsie eGift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit cards or to any other methods of payment (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, etc).
  • Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after your package is received.
  • Combined Payment Method ( Brandsie eGift Card + Other Payment Methods) -If you used a Brandsie eGift Card combined with another payment method, we will first refund the total amount charged to the alternate form of payment. The remaining balance will be returned to you via your original Brandsie eGift Card.
  • Exchanges -At this time we are only able to offer exchanges for the same item and same color in a different size. Exchanges are offered for all returns based on inventory availability and will be offered at the time of return submission. Exchanges through ReDo are currently only available on U.S. orders and will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

  • Use a PinkBlush pre-paid return label - A $7.98 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if a PinkBlush pre-paid return label is used.
  • Ship the items on your own - Purchase postage from your preferred carrier. You’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
    NOTE: Please be sure to include your RMA form to ensure your return can be processed correctly. When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

  • Use a Brandsie pre-paid return label - Contact Us to get your pre-paid return label. A $10 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if a Brandsie pre-paid return label is used.
  • Ship the items on your own - Purchase postage from your preferred carrier. You’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. No return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
    NOTE: Please be sure to include your RMA form to ensure your return can be processed correctly. When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Return Instructions:
  1. Contact us to create your return. We will send you your RMA form and pre-paid return shipping label (if desired).
  2. Securely package your return items along with your RMA form.
  3. Ship your package back to us using your preferred shipping method (if opting out of pre-paid label).
  4. We will email you when your return is processed. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return package at our warehouse and your refund will be sent to the original method of payment used for the order. Depending on your bank, it may take another 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account.

International Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date. To start, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
  2. Include the original invoice or e-mail confirmation receipt in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call or email us at 888-428-1358 or support@brandsie.com.
  3. Take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage* and send the package to:

Simple as that! Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt and the payment is refunded via the method of your choice - either Brandsie Store Credit, via eGift Card, or back to the original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable).
