Ambassador Terms

By submitting this form, you (the “Affiliate” or ”affiliate” or “you”) agree to and understand all Brandsie Affiliate Program (“Program”) Terms and Conditions including guidelines, content rights, and applicable privacy policies. 

By submitting this form, you agree to use the email you provided to apply for all communication with the Affiliate Program team.

Participation in the Program is subject to Affiliate’s acceptance of these Program terms and conditions including Brandsie’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. 

Affiliate shall be 18 years of age or older and located within the US or Canada. 

Affiliate shall have a genuine public profile on Instagram and TikTok.

Affiliate is an independent contractor and shall not be treated as an employee of Brandsie for any reason.  

Brandsie reserves the right to revoke participation within the Program at any time, at its sole discretion, if products, affiliate links, affiliate gift cards or discount codes assigned are misused. Brandsie reserves the right to revoke participation within the Program at any time, at its sole discretion, if guidelines or content rights are not met or followed. 

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights in and to the content you submit or share during your participation in the Program. 

Affiliate grants Brandsie a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferrable, sub-licensable and perpetual right and license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, repost, share and edit all content created for or on behalf of Brandsie or its agents in any and all media now known or developed in the future, including the right to create derivative works; which includes but is not limited to:

  •  Posting to social media platforms
  •  Paid support of social media posts
  •  Publishing to Brandsie's websites
  •  Use in Brandsie's digital, email or text message communications
  •  Use in online advertising within social media platforms
  •  Use in general online advertising (i.e., search, websites, digital, etc.)
  •  Use in off-line advertising (i.e., broadcast, print, display, etc.)
  •  Combination with other content for any of the uses listed above.

Affiliate is expected to and agrees to promote Brandsie, for the benefit of Brandsie, to applicable consumers or followers. Affiliate shall not disparage or defame Brandsie or its agents during or after participation in the Program. 

 

Affiliates will be provided a Brandsie gift card to receive gifted products in exchange for requested deliverables. Gift cards are used as a one-time only purchase and all balances will be voided once the order has been placed. Remaining balances do not transfer or roll over. Affiliate gift cards cannot be applied to personal orders. Affiliate gift cards expire in seven (7) days from date when originally sent out if not used.

 

Affiliates are prohibited from using gift cards obtained from the Program to purchase any pre-ordered item or items which have been designated as a pre-order. Any attempt to transact or use gift cards with pre-ordered items are invalid and subject to cancellation.

Upon submitting the affiliate's application, the affiliate agrees to all Program guidelines, terms and conditions, and providing all deliverables. If for any reason an affiliate cannot commit to the above requirements, Brandsie must be notified prior to moving forward. By moving forward with a partnership or using a designated Brandsie gift card to place an order, affiliate agrees to receive free products in exchange for posting to their Instagram feed and stories within two (2) weeks from affiliate’s order confirmed delivery date.

Affiliate agrees to the following posting requirements:

  • One (1) Instagram reel or carousel in feed post + one (1) IG story to be posted within two (2) weeks from affiliate order's confirmed delivery date. 
  • Once the post is live, affiliate will email over one (1) high resolution image for EACH item purchased with their Brandsie affiliate gift card, the URL link to their live post, and screenshots to their stories. 
  • Each item from their affiliate order MUST be posted and submitted within two (2) weeks from affiliate order’s confirmed delivery date to complete the partnership. 

    Affiliate content shall NOT:

    • Feature any other competitor brand labels
    • Feature any logo or recognizable design. Clothing should not feature labels,    logos, or any recognizable designs. 
    • Feature distorted product packaging due to presets or filters that alter the coloring of clothing
    • Showcase blurry, low quality, or photoshopped images
    • Be shot in low-light settings
    • Have a heavy or dark filter
    • Be a mirror selfie
    • Be Flatlays of clothing
    • Feature any illegal activity or items

    Affiliate content shall:

    • First and foremost, be premium, high-quality imagery
    • Be a head to toe styled look that focuses on the clothing items
    • Keep within the aesthetic found on the Brandsie's Instagram



    Affiliate understands that Brandsie’s Privacy Policy may apply to personal information collected from Brandsie’s websites, social media, official surveys, sweepstakes, entry forms, or in any other instance when you contact us or interact with us. Brandsie may process the following types of information: name, username, or similar identifier, billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers, and other transactional data including previous purchases of Brandsie products. Affiliate therefore understands and agrees to the collection of personal information as described above.  

    When participation is revoked or terminated for any reason, Affiliate agrees to and shall promptly remove and unpublish all of Affiliate’s published content related to the Program.  

    Brandsie reserves the right to update or change the Program's guidelines, terms and conditions, or discontinue the Program at any time.

     

    ​​Commission tier amounts are based on Affiliate’s lifetime referred order revenue generated by Brandsie affiliate links, not by earned commission. 

    Sales must be generated through Brandsie affiliate links in order to receive up to 15% commission. If using LTK or PepperJam, commission will vary and be paid out directly through those platforms. Brandsie is solely responsible for commission generated through the Program only and double earning is not allowed.
